Fixlos is the merchant of record for purchases of digital products from merchants. Digital products are delivered at once, so purchases are generally final, with the exceptions below.
When we refund
We review refund requests case by case and may approve one where:
- the law where you live requires it;
- the merchant's own refund terms, shown with the product, allow it;
- the product is not as described, or does not work and the merchant could not fix it;
- you were charged twice, or the payment was made without your permission.
Approving one request does not mean we will approve another. We may decline requests that come late or look like abuse.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period, which stays active until it ends. If you forgot to cancel and ask us within a short time after a renewal, we may review it.
Mistakes, fraud and chargebacks
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or a payment was made without your permission, contact us as soon as you can. We may reverse the charge while we investigate.
Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback costs fees and time. If a payment is charged back, we may remove your access to the product and suspend your account. For merchants, the refunded or charged-back amount, and any related fees, is deducted from payouts as set out in the Terms of Service.
Right to withdraw
In some places, the law gives buyers a period to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content that is delivered at once, that right usually ends when delivery starts, if you agree to it at checkout. Where the law does not allow that waiver, your right stays.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
How to ask
Email support@fixlos.com from the email you used at checkout, with the order number or date, the amount, and what went wrong. We aim to reply within a few business days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method. To the extent the law allows, our decision on a request is final.
